Comm Rings

Rings created by Isabelle that allow for "chat" communications between the wearers. Communication is secure between participants but cannot be private from someone who has a ring. Normally you can sense who has one on.

Rings are currently held by (as far as we know):

• Bleys
• Natasha
• Lowen
• Jericho - normally leaves it off unless stated otherwise
• Silas - normally leaves it off unless stated otherwise
